NoCor™ DOWN HOLE CORROSION PREVENTOR SERIES
(Corrosion/Scale Reduction & Removal)

Since 1973, there has been little to no improvement in “down hole” corrosion treatment from major chemical firms. Companies appear to be satisfied with accelerated corrosion rates, leaking pipes, ruptures and costly crop replacement compensation fees. Yet, oil companies continue to pay the high monthly chemical costs.

MEOR, Inc. has developed NoCor™, which is a proven series of corrosion inhibitors using environmentally friendly chemistries that will not pollute ground water and will typically ensure corrosion rates less than 5 mpy.

Benefits:

  • No hazardous chemicals
  • No groundwater pollution
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Greatly reduce general corrosion rates
  • Decrease flow restriction caused by scale buildup
  • Reduce the chance for under deposit corrosion
  • Reduce the risk of costly pipe ruptures
  • Immediately reduce corrosion program cost

How It Works:

  • Blend of high temperature phosphates and silicates as well as some proprietary corrosion inhibitors blended in such ratios as to strip away any hematite rust layers, form a least soluble magnetite protective layer on the mild steel
  • Forms a monomolecular protective coating over mild steel contact to prevent any penetration of corrosive water

The “NoCor™” Series can be custom-blended to the specific chemistry of your application.
