MEOR Has Merged with ENTECH
We are pleased to announce we have entered into a merger agreement with ENTECH Energy Group of Calgary Alberta Canada. Entech has a strong management background and has numerous alliances/relationships in the Oil and Gas industry. This partnership is expected to result in greater efficiencies, improved service levels and significantly increase our market share.
We will work closely with our clients, partners and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible. The integration of the two companies will be taking place over the next few weeks. In the meantime all customers will continue to receive the same quality service which they have come to expect.
As a result of this merger, we will now be known as ENTECH Energy Group International Inc. We look forward to the exciting challenges ahead and will continue to build on the relationships we have enjoyed over the years.
MEOR History
In 2000 Bio-Genesis Technology, Inc, Water Consultant Laboratories, L.L.C. and Arizona Mine Services, L.L.C. merged with the objective of using 21st century technology to develop environmentally friendly products for the oil industry. This new breakthrough technology will replace harmful chemicals, improve efficiency, rejuvenate sodium chloride contamination in water and soil as well as conserve energy.
In 2002, Maximizing Earth's Original Resources, L.L.C. (MEOR) was established to promote these excellent products. Within one year, our experienced management team, located in our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters, has provided products throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia and South America.
The driving force behind the accelerating growth of MEOR is a combination of our excellent products, a sincere commitment to our staff and our focus on exceeding our customers' expectations. Through passion and commitment, we take pride in understanding the customer's needs, customizing the approach to each request and providing service in such a way that all customers know they are important.
